I had an excellent experience at this car wash thanks to Eugene, the manager. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was done right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in providing great service. He went above and beyond to ensure I left completely satisfied. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service these days. I highly recommend this car wash, and Eugene is a big reason I’ll be coming back!

Honestly go anywhere else😭 Got there paid $16 for a wash right above basic (deluxe) Guy with mop brush Half-Azzed the scrub Car came out the carwash with water spots all over! Parts of the car had pollen and dirt LMFAO! Mind you there was little to none clean towels to wipe the car down with. Glass cleaner and air freshener come in spray bottles for free use but they could save money By getting rid of air freshener spray & getting the car fresheners you can put around your rearview mirror along with more towels bc clearly they may need more of them. vacuums were probably the only decent thing about this place they had a decent amount of suction. Ive attached some pictures of my windows after wash, I was too irritated to take any of the outside of my car as the look of a half washed dirty car Made me pissed that I even spent $16 here!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I Decided to sign up for the free car wash and I immediately regretted it! Jeremy looked at the cameras and wanted to say it was already there but the images he was showing me were dirt spots that were no longer there! Once I told him to check in a different angle for the front where it also got chipped there was NOTHING before the car wash! Him and some black girl wanted to say they have NEVER got ANY complains about paint being chipped but according to google reviews they have. They also wanted to say it was from a rock or hail. Like, what the hell you are talking about? Mind yall she went in the room without anyone asking for her opinion and if it was a rock hitting it then that one spot would of been it, but there’s multiple spots of my paint being chipped around my vehicle but the one on the first picture is the biggest one.

-Management Daniel-go to bottom for update I came in for a full hand wash—inside and out. I want to be clear: I am genuinely the last person to complain. If I get the wrong food order, I eat it and move on. That’s how little I enjoy conflict. But this experience crossed a line. The interior wasn’t even fully cleaned. Trash was still left in the vehicle, bugs remained on the windshield, and the windows were visibly dirty and smudged. I sent my partner back the same day to address it, but the night manager told us I personally had to return the next morning at 7:30 AM. Annoying, but fine—I showed up as instructed. Then the morning manager told me he couldn’t speak to customers before 8:00 AM. Frustrating, but I tried to be accommodating and said I’d call instead. I called twice that day and left two messages. No one ever called me back. The following morning, I had to return again—this time at 8:00 AM—with my 4-month-old baby. At that point, the manager stated I would not receive a refund because I had tipped the employee who cleaned my car. To clarify: I tipped before I ever looked at the vehicle. I tipped out of kindness because the employee appeared to be having a rough day.
